Elle's Picks for Autumn Scents

Autumn is here (my fave season) so it's time to retire those summer scents (like citrus or coconut) and move into something a little warmer and cozier. Included is a little something for everyone, and something for every area of the home! Here are my picks for autumn scents, enjoy!. Move your cursor over the pics for more info on the scents!

HOME
1. Want a quick way to freshen up your room, house, or even car? I always look forward to Febreeze's Limited Edition Pumpkin Harvest & Fall Odor Eliminator. It instantly gets me in the mood for fall and gets rid of odors (like smoke).


2.Autumn by Bath & Body Works is the spray I keep in my bathroom. If spray isn't your thing, there's plenty of other methods to infuse the scent (diffuser, candle melts, etc). 


3-4. Next up are candles, my favorite thing to bring autumn indoors! These two choices smell great and are a cute way to decorate as well. I love Leaves by Bath & Body Works. I prefer the soap but couldn't find it online.  My fave fall scent is Pumpkin, and I love and own this candle.


5-7. Some additional candle flavors include a Butterscotch Maple, Apple Pie (I'm so picky about this scent. I can never find one I like. This one fits the bill.), and Creamy Caramel.


BATH
1. Twilight Woods is a great scent that has been out about a year--another Bath & Body Works product. This is perfect for a guest bathroom.


2. Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin lotion makes you smell edible and isn't overpowering.


3. Autumn makes me think of bonfires & smores. This Marshmallow Treat body wash is scrumptious. Where's my graham crackers?


4. Even shampoo is feeling the autumn vibe. This Creme Brulee shampoo reminds me of the dessert I had in Paris once.


5. Vanilla in the Mist soap from Lush has vanilla, cocoa beans, and a slight caramel note. It wakes you up and is just right when you need a little something extra in the morning.


6-7. Here's a couple of soaps to put in the guest bathroom: These Pumpkin and Vanilla pump soaps might be too good to share.


8-9. Don't keep all of the autumn scent goodness to yourself! Spread the love with these Philosophy's seasonal sets! First up is the Bobbing for Apples set, which includes Green Apple, Red Apple, and Caramel Apple Shower Gel. Another great option is The Trick or Treat set, which has Pumpkin Spice Muffin & Caramel Apple shower gel/bubble bath.

BODY
1.  Lola, by Marc Jacobs (or try Daisy too) is a scent I turn to each fall. Since perfumes tend to give me migraines, I don't invest in them often (hence not as many choices in this section). I love scents from Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch for autumn. Twilight by Sarah Jessica Parker is a good choice as well

2. Ralph Lauren's Romance is just that...a romantic stroll through velvety woods with a slight musky scent.
