Elle's Quick Tips: Use a Satin/Silk Pillowcase

Elle's Quick Tips: Silk Pillowcase

One of my best and oldest tips has been to use a satin or silk pillowcase. Maybe it's all psychological, but I truly believe using a pillowcase like this really works. I haven't had frizzy hair or pillow creases upon awakening in years. While Google provides way more benefits than those listed here, I only included the ones myself/family/friends have experienced. I hope you try it.
Do you use a satin or silk pillowcase?

  1. What a great tip! I've always used cotton, I'll try silk/satin when I can :)

  13. This would be great for that time of month, or when that time rolls around.... I don't get acne, but I do get a few breakouts during that time. Excellent tips..
