Outfit of the Week: Remix Month! Outfit 4

I've spent the past month remixing outfits and posting my faves here. Click the pic to learn more about each item.

I was visiting Cornflake Dreams and saw this outfit and knew I had to recreate it. It's easy, breezy, and casual. Sometimes I get so caught up in the styling of an outfit that I need to remember less is more, and with the weather in the 90s (!!!) and humid (!!!!), this is exactly what I needed.

Place: Piedmont Park
Reason: To stroll the Saturday Market for fresh goodies (also accompanied by semi-wunderpup, Charlie, also seen here and very cutely here.)

• A basic in every girl's wardrobe, a white tank. I've worn it here and here. A white tee would work just as well.
• Next, I wore my fave Forever 21 red skirt, last seen here.
• Accessories were simple, and I opted to a pop of color with a turquoise necklace, last worn here, here, and here.
• White sandals, red lip gloss, and messy braids completed the look.
• Not pictured, my new fave sunnies--gold aviators from Old Navy. These made my Summer Essentials List.
