While I love all of my siblings equally, I share a strong bond with my youngest sister who is 18 (!!!!!) years younger than I. We always have the best adventures doing nothing and everything. Here's what we were up to Sunday:
{sleepyhead/tiny toes}
{homemade pancake brunch}
{Lil Sis getting ready}
{accessorizing}
{lucky number for late lunch}
{recent purchase}
{hair/makeup/dress up}
{black bean hummus}
{Georgia "Tea" because it's 88 outside}
You've gotten a glimpse into my weekend...now how was yours? Did it actually feel like autumn outside? Or was it hot like in Atlanta?
PS--Giveaway tomorrow! Guesses on what it will be?
Looks like fun! When I was younger I used to always wish for a younger sister, but unfortunately my mom never granted my wish haha.

Sounded like a great weekend :) I'm closest with one of my older sisters, who's about 9 years older than me. But she lives in Cali now (I'm in NY) so I wish I had more time to see her!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a pretty good weekend! Sadly I only have one sister, so she has to be my favorite ;)

Sounds like a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteIt's awesome that you are so close to your sister. I only have my brother but it has been nice to be able to talk to more now that we're older.

Glad you had a fun weekend with the sis. Those are the best, especially when you don't live near them. Never enough sister time. :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful weekend! It's so sweet how close you are with your lil sis. I'm very close to all of my siblings. One of my sisters is 4 years younger than me but then I have a brother who's 15 years younger and another sister who's 17 years younger so I know the feeling :)
ReplyDeleteThe past few years I've gotten extremely close with my lil bro and lil sis. I totally cherish my relationship with both of them.
Hope your week is off to a great start, sweetie! xoxo
I have no siblings and always wish that I did - it's great that you are so close. And I can't believe she's so much younger than you!

Love the pics! Looks like such a great weekend with your sister! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely lovely..it's great youare close to your sister. Thank you for visiting..I know it can be easier just blending in, but if your not yourself..who are you?? But, if you are just beibg yourself and can still blend among people then there is nothing wrong with that. I think we rob ourselves of being great when we're following someone else. And it's ok to be a wallflower sometimes as long as we don't forget to not let life pass us by ;) xx
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun weekend! It was pretty warm in Southern California, too, unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, I love the sunshine, but I'm so ready for fall!

What a coincidence! My younger sister came and visited me this past weekend. We had such a great time together, it made me realize how important it is for us to eventually settle down somewhere close to each other. Not going to lie I wish had a Georgia Tea right now!
ReplyDeletevery cool!! Black bean hummus?! Never heard of it but i bet it's good!! Does it have tanini? It was chilly in MN, 60s and crisp, definitely feeling fall!

I love that you have so much enjoyment with your younger sister--sometimes I feel like I connect much better with much younger women than one my own age, lol.

ReplyDeleteAww it looks like you had a wonderful weekend with your sister! The tea looks fantastic as well! My weekend was pretty non-eventful. I wrote a paper for marketing! BLAH!
