Lust List: October

Thanks for the mostly positive responses to yesterday's Pumpkin Spice Latte post! I cannot stand posting pics of myself, and am soooo shy about it, so I appreciate it. Love, Elle

Every month I share what I'm currently lusting after, and this month is no different, except 1--it's my BIRTHDAY MONTH (still trying to make that happen) so this list will be short because 2--I'm posting my birthday wishlist next week! Woot. Let's see what random things I.must.have. PS: Mosquitoes are currently lusting biting after me and have not realized it's October. Hmph.

  1. I've always wanted a pearl ring. And this one at nearly $2k suits me juuuust fine.
  2. Truth: before my beloved pup Charlie Brown (aka cutest pup eva, end of argument) I had a fish named Captain Crunch. He lived in a vase with a peace plant atop. Memba those? Ok, maybe if he had this Fishcape Fishbowl, he would've lived forever! Only $139! Now, where's that vase from Wal-mart?
  3. I love this lipstick from Kat Von D in Foiled Love. Foreshadowing, Ms. D? $18
  4. I love, love, love, and another love a palette. Therefore, I must acquire this one from Stila: Positive and Pretty. One dollar from every palette goes to a breast cancer organization (click link for more detail). Plus, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Most importantly, my beloved great-granny, Sugar, is a 15-year breast cancer survivor. She got it when she was 80(!!!) and is pretty much my heart, even if she has no idea what a blog is when I tell her about it. ;) $62
  5. I love shiny, sparkly things, kinda like a raccoon. Ok, forget that comparison, and back to my love of sparkly things. I think this clutch from Vespoe, at $220, just has ELLE (or E L L E for dramatic effect) written all over it.
  6. I'm wrapping up this lil Lust List with something actually attainable: Bath and Body Work's Paris Amour collection. It smells divine and is only $15, although I would take any and all sizes. I think my Lil Sis is tired of me stealing borrowing hers.

We are crazily alike. 
(ex: we've thought of each other at the same time. 
We've played the same song at the same time, eventhough she lives in AZ. Twinz!! Libras!)
We are really different. (ex: lots of stuff)

    Wow, that ring really is incredible! And I need to try out red lipstick; I always lust after it, but then i never do!

    My mom recently brought a pearl that was a cool 2000 dollars... she never wears it though!
