Oh great tips Elle, I have hooded lids and I have been using a bigger brush I totally didn't know I should use a smaller brush. Do you think you could do a post with tips about hooded eyes? But yeah thanks for the tips, I definitely think I need to pick up some new brushes now.

Eye shadow can really add to a look. Thank you for sharing your opinions.
ReplyDeleteGreat post, I only discovered using bristle brushes a few years ago. I had been using sponge brushes but they are no where near as good as bristle brushes.

ReplyDeleteLoved this video! I've been wearing makeup for a while now and sometimes I even question myself, am I doing this right? Great tips pretty lady!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all these tips. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving!!
ReplyDeleteAnother great video! I always ruin my eyeshadow, and I never even thought that it might be the brushes. I just use the cheap brushes I bought at Walmart for like $5 ages ago, and I'm sure they're not doing me any favors.
ReplyDeleteI do have a question for you. I bought the Maybelline Color Tattoo eye shadow you recommended, and it is impossible for me to use. It has this plastic thing in it like something in a salt shaker that only lets a tiny bit of color out, and I can't figure it out. Am I just hopeless?
Great tips!
ReplyDeleteThis is so true. If it is not working: toss it! LOL! Nice video and you look lovely! XOXO, Sissi http://www.beauty4free2u.com
