Hair Food--Imagine my surprise when I got this big ole crate at my doorstep! Inside are lots of fun products from the new Hair Food line. They have 3 collections from l-r: volume (given to sister since I don't need volume and she has liked it) shampoo and conditioner; thickening treatment (I tried this in my roots for volume and it worked. You'll see the results in my next video); root cleansing shampoo (this gets rid of ALL the buildup!); and the moisture mask that I LOVE (there's also shampoo and conditioner). You'll love the fact that they are paraben-free, and some are silicone and mineral oil-free. Everything smells really good too. They range from $9.99-11.99 at Target!
Next up we have lipstick from Gerard Cosmetics in the shade Cherry Cordial--I've featured their glosses for years on here, but first time with the lipsticks. It looks super dark and vampy, but can be worn as a light stain on the lips. And speaking of stain, that arm was stained for days after that swatch. Swatched in full intensity, above. Kinda like a berry version of Panetone's color of the year, right? $19 gerardcosmetics.com
SK-II Cellumination AuraBright is just about one of the fanciest products I've tried that really works. It gives skin a radiant glow--any pics you've seen of me lately where I'm glowing I am wearing this. It is gorgeous and I kinda am hoarding it. Goodbye dull winter skin! $160 saks, sephora, and neiman-marcus
If you have little girls in your life, you will need to get that credit card out asap, because you will need these books. First we have Disney Princess Hairstyles. You get 40 hairstyles inspired by various princesses (see top right pic). The pics are shot nicely and I love how they used all types of girls. The styles range in difficulty with some basics thrown in. There's also Disney Frozen Hairstyles with 28 different braids, twists and more inspired by Anna and Elsa. The 5 year old I take care of has never seen the movie, but knows all the words to Let It Go and knows all about the sisters. She is going to love this when I give it to her and let's just say I've enjoyed this book way too much. $12.95 http://eddausa.com/books/
PMS. It happens. It sucks. And I've been using this natural supplement called Girl Uninterrupted to help. It comes in this tiny case, and maybe it's psychological, but these actually worked on me. GirlU is an all-natural blend of essential amino acids and all-natural herbs that have been specifically formulated to address all the common symptoms of PMS, which include cramps, bloating, irritability and lack of focus. $14.99 for 1 month supply. girlu.com
If you're looking for items to add to that Christmas Wishlist, you'll love these last two. Dolce & Gabbana released their skincare line this fall and I'm in all into it. It makes me feel all fancy and stuff while I dance around in my apartment--please tell me your fave Pandora stations below! I got to try out 3 of the 13 produtcs, like the Aurealux Cream (very moisturizing and for all skin types), Eye Gel (hard to describe but it has the coolest gel consistency that molds back into its original shape), and the Essential Cleansing Oil (gets rid of all the makeup..everything!). All are lovely items for the transition to cooler, dryer temperatures. I swear by everything I tried and if you can, get these!! http://www.dolcegabbana.com/beauty/skin-care/
This last item should be on everyone's list. It's the Veet Infini'Silk permanent hair reduction system. I purchased the pro version (full review coming soon) and IT REALLY WORKS. I use it monthly now. It uses intense pulse light technology that is cleared by the FDA. This version can be found at http://www.infinisilk.com/ and has a 60 day money back guarantee.

I am going to be waiting for your full review of the Veet thingy... as I am a sasquatch who cannot afford laser hair removal. Seriously... I hope this thing isn't too expensive, because I've been shaving my legs since I was seven. Not "seventeen"... SEVEN. *crossing fingers*
