I love being able to share my life-long love affair and expertise of all things beauty with y'all. What started as a hobby has turned into a passion that means so much to me. I put nearly everything into this blog (so much time and effort!) and to have you take a little time out of your day to stop by means the world. I am so thankful for my true readers. I LOVE Y'ALL! ReplyDeleteI'm 30 but have the acne face of a 16 year old! In high school I used Differen and Proactiv. Neither worked. I clean my face 2-3 times a day. I only wear make up 2-3 times a month and always clean it off before bed. P.S. I also drink plenty of water. What will clear my adult acne?

I see someone else asked this but i have two problems. Nail polish chips and wears off fast on my natural nails. Even gel nail polish.
My other problem is my eye make up disappears EVEN with a good primer from sephora (i can't remember name, but purple tube, i believe i have seen you mention it before). It still bulks up if it is windy outside and my eyes got a tad wattery even though it is no where near my tear ducts and i put the primer every time. At $30 a pop i expected it to be as good as people say :(

Oily scalp, dry ends. I don't like to wash my hair too much but my scalp gets so oily. I have tried several dry shampoos but can't find one for me! Any advice? Your hair always looks perfect!
Other question. I want to incorporate retinol into my every day routine but feel overwhelmed by all the choices. Serum or lotion. What actually has a good amount of it to make a difference? I've got dry skin and rosacea.

As far as makeup I would like your recommendation for primers and foundation for very oily skin that is acne prone and aging. I can't seem to find a foundation that I truly love that works with oily skin. Also, what is a good eyeliner that will hold up even on the water line.
