- I do "Just a Little Something" every a month, a small challenge. This month was to do something healthy every day!
- For May, I am choosing happiness, because life is too short to be unhappy.

You always keep it real, Elle, and that's one thing I love about your blog and videos. I am also shy, and when people meet me, they often assume I'm unfriendly because I'm not super talkative right away. I still haven't had the courage to do a blog video, and I'm often hesitant to share pictures of myself. I'm sorry you're dealing with the anxiety issues, and I hope they'll subside as time goes on. I love your goal of choosing happiness for May.

ReplyDeleteI know where you're coming from re: worrying about your other loved ones after losing your dad. When my grandpa died, I feared every phone that came in for a few months after his death was bad news about someone else. I've been there, girl! I hope it resolves for you soon. :)

I'm glad to hear you're doing better, Elle! & Happy 5 years anniversary! Woo-hoo! That is a HUGE accomplishment. I can totally relate to your anxieties about Charlie (who is so darn cute, btw!). I haven't been through a traumatic loss but my Paisley is just so precious to me and it freaks me out that something could happen to her! I'm glad I'm not the only one.

ReplyDeleteI realized something during this video. I am totally one of those people who is still doing the same hair and makeup that I did in high school. I am way overdue for a makeover!
I love watching your youtube videos because I honestly feel like we are sitting down to chat and catch up. You really do show your personality through it and I think you have the best beauty reviews from anyone because you are honest, and you talk about all kinds of products...not just expensive ones. I love how you get inspired through random every day things like a Tilex bottle, so funny! I too am working on realizing that not everyone is going to like me and that I cant please everyone.
