What's your favorite brush cleaner?
Extra Elle:
- Speaking of cleaning (ugh) one of the perks?? of being my friend is that I can do pore extractions on you. This was my wild Thursday night, y'all. Completely gross (yet fascinating).
Thanks for sharing your reviews of these. I need to be more diligent when it comes to cleaning my brushes. :)

Good to know! I will definitely be getting the Daiso one! I've just been using gentle shampoo, but it only does an OK job. Thanks for sharing!

I'd buy that Daiso one if I can find it here. Right now, I just use baby shampoo. And yeah...I hate cleaning brushes too, but it's a necessary evil:D
ReplyDeleteI tend to rely on at home cleansers. Though the Daiso is cost effective so worth it to have on hand.
ReplyDeleteI actually love cleaning makeup brushes! I would clean yours in a heartbeat :) I actually use Dr Bronner's magic soap and it's so easy and works really well.
ReplyDeleteGood to know... never heard of these. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteI am right there with you on cleaning brushes. I know it has to be done but I hate doing it! I'll have to check out the Daiso one! <3, Pamela Sequins & Sea Breezes
ReplyDeleteDude. I love watching pore extractions. I'm a sick bastard, lololol
ReplyDeleteI usually clean mine with face wash... is that weird?? lol
Pore extraction? That sound so medical... & scary...
ReplyDeleteI never even think about cleaning brushes... kinda gross really.
Pore extractions? Me and my large pores are very intrigued! Happy Friday gurlie <3

I can't STAND cleaning my brushes!! I usually just stick with baby shampoo, does the trick and it's inexpensive.
ReplyDeleteElle, where would I be without you? I didn't even know you could by cleaners for your brushes! I always have so much to learn from you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI hate cleaning my brushes, I'm totally going to try that Daiso one.
ReplyDeletePore extractions? Sounds like something I need lol! I totally need to grab that Daiso Detergent for Puff and Sponge. I mean $2 and you recommend it, why not?!?!?
ReplyDeleteI'd be a really happy girl if someone could clean my makeup brushes for me too! I'm currently using a Japonesque solid brush cleanser but I'd really like to check out the Daiso one.

I will definitely keep the Daiso cleanser in mind for my Beauty blenders! The only thing that's worked for me on the in the BB solid cleanser but it's so dang expensive. I haven't read good reviews on the real techniques cleanser!
ReplyDeleteI am currently happy with my cleanser from Body Escentuals but this is still a helpful; post if I need to switch up. =)
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday the 13th, Elle!
Ada. =)
I have the solid cleanser for my beauty blender and when I'm in a pinch have been using shampoo. I'll definitely need to try the Daiso!

I agree cleaning brushes is not a fun job, but it is a must! Great reviews, I need a cost efficient cleanser!
ReplyDeleteUgh, I hate cleaning my makeup brushes too, and I probably don't do it as often as I should. Good to know about the good one and the two flops.
ReplyDeleteCleaning brushes is such a chore. I've heard the Daiso cleaner is good, but I haven't seen it at mine the times I have gone. I'll have to ask the next time I'm there.
ReplyDeleteI hate admitting this but I totally love pore extractions too! Yes...that RT one is such trash UGH. I will be picking up the Daiso one because a Daiso just opened up by me yay! Thanks for that rec.
ReplyDeleteI've gotta hunt down that Daiso detergent on Amazon! It's so inexpensive as well.:-)
ReplyDeleteThese sound lovely!
ReplyDeleteFlorals&Smiles

Oh, I understand you! Just yesterday I bought a tool, not a cleanser though, to clean my brushes. It is like a glove that makes work easier, but like you said, I would rather pay someone to do that :)

This reminds me I really need to clean my makeup brushes... How bad is it that I normally use shampoo?
ReplyDeleteI will have to check out the second on Ebay, thanks!

I secretly love watching things come out of pores.... yes, yes, it's gross, but honestly I'd love to see a how-to post on that! I've been allergic to every brush cleanser I've tried. Baby shampoo seems to work the best for me and I always have it on had. (;
