Trash Talkin'

Hey y'all! Is it Monday already? I'm not ready! I am ready to talk some trash...beauty trash that is! It's been a few months since I've done an empties post, and I thought I'd share what I'd buy again and what I'd rather not.

I have been going through mascara like crazy, just finishing up mascara here and there. Do you ever have that happen, where you finish up a lot of similar products?

It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara--One of my fave, FAVE mascaras when I want that extra, EXTRA. I just opened up another tube!

Tarte Gifted Mascara--This is supposed to be a mascara that's good for your lashes. I really liked it, but I don't think I'll repurchase.

Dior Hypnose Star--This was recommended to me, and while I liked it, it was too pricey and not enough payoff to repurchase.

Maybelline Falsies Push Up Angel--I liked this and would repurchase.

I also went through a couple of packs of makeup remover wipes. Normally, I use something cheap, but I thought I'd mix it up and try these two new-to-me wipes.

Yes to Cotton Facial Wipes--These wipes are made in part from recycled cotton t-shirts and are super gentle. I thought they were good, but wouldn't purchase again.

Garnier Micellar Water Makeup Wipes--I am a HUGE micellar water fan, and I love Garnier's micellar water, so I had to try the wipes. They were okay and I wouldn't repurchase, but I'm glad I tried them.

And I'm ending this with a few random bath products, since I know not all of your are as into makeup as I am!

Olay Body Wash--I mentioned this on my last empties post. I love it and would repurchase.

Skintimate Shaving Lotion--I think this was from a sponsored post. I was going through the beauty closet and trying to not buy anything, so I used this and have used it for years. It works but it never really my fave. I'm trying a cream now that I'm not thrilled with, so any suggestions?

Kneipp Eucalyptus Herbal Bath--I love this when I'm sick--it goes in the bath or I pour a little into the back of the tub and let it steam up while I shower. I do make my own stuff with essential oils, but like I said, I'm trying to use up things in my beauty supply stash. While I bought this, I was recently sent a bunch of Kneipp goodies, so I'm not repurchasing for a while.

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Makeup--Dang! I should have put this in the pic above this one. Oh well. Anyway, I love solid cleansers, so I loved this one. I would repurchase this, but have more I am using up.

NYX Brush Cleaner--I got this at ULTA forever ago--I don't think I even hauled it--and have slowly been making my way through it. It's a standard brush cleaner--nothing fancy. I don't think I'll get another one.

What have you used up lately?

Extra Elle: Had a great weekend! I got to film something with my youngest sister that I can't wait to share with you soon. It was supposed to rain, so I'm glad the rain held off, but the heat did not! I also saw Guardians of the Galaxy 2, which I thought was hilarious, and oddly enough I've not seen the first installment.
