Happy July! I can't believe it's already July 1st. And speaking of July, I wanted to remind you about YouTube’s
largest beauty contest! I've written about it before, but now we're into the next phase of it.
Over 3,300
beauty influencers entered the inaugural It Girl® Contest with the intentions of becoming 2015’s next IT
Girl. The contest, which kicked off
in May 2015, is conceptualized and presented by IT Cosmetics, and powered by Grapevine, a partner platform that connects brands with YouTube
creators.
In the first
round of the contest, entrants submitted videos interpreting “Your Most
Beautiful You”, detailing to viewers what makes them feel confident, bold, and
of course, beautiful.
As of July 1, the contest is in its second round, and entrants have been narrowed down to 20 semi-finalists. Each of these semi-finalists will each receive $1,000 in IT Cosmetics product for their next round’s video, focusing on problem-solving solutions to go live in July from the 16th through the 18th. Advancement to the final round will be based on:

At the close of Round 2, three winners will
be selected and announced on July 28, 2015 to receive $5,000 and the opportunity
to fly to New York to collaborate with the IT Cosmetics team on a new product
